Mother of Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm joins Matt Summerill on Healthy Life to share her delicious protein balls recipe! INGREDIENTS  1 cup of Love Natural Mixed Raw Nuts  1 cup of activated buckwheat or oats  1/4 cup Love Organic Cacao Powder  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  1 teaspoon Healthy Life Lacuma Powder  1 tablespoon Amazonia Raw Vanilla Powder Pinch Himalayan crystal sea salt  2 tablespoons Loving Earth Agave Syrup  2/3 cups of nut butter  2-3 tablespoons almond milk  1 tablespoon of Love Organic Coconut Oil if needed to keep mixture moist     METHOD  1. Place the nuts and buckwheat into processor and process until coarsely chopped. The mixture should be slightly chunky to help hold the balls together.    2. Place nut and oats or buckwheat into large mixing bowl and stir through the cocao, cinnamon, maca, protein powder and salt.    3. In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter and agave syrup.    4. Add this to the dry ingredients, using your hands to rub the ingredients together.    5. The mix should be quite dry and will not stick together, gradually add the almond milk and coconut oil , using your hands to work the moisture through the mixture.    6. Once the mixture comes together, start rolling the mixture into balls.    7. You can also use some medjool dates if you want the balls to be a little sweeter.
