Love it!!!!
I love this podcast so much, it has helped me so much with my body image and loving my body and feeling comfortable in it. During quarantine I have been feeling sad about my body and the way it looks and trying to do lots of workouts and limit my eating to get this “perfect” body that society says you need to have today. From this podcast I have realised that me being healthy is the most important thing, and not being skinny or having abs. Of course, I would still love to have abs and be a bit slimmer but as a teenage girl I know that now the most important thing for me now is to be healthy and love my body. Before, I was trying to be “skinny” and do it the unhealthy way by working out for hours at a time every day for society and to feel accepted, but now I am doing it for me, to feel good in my body after I work out, to know I am working towards my dream body for me, to feel good and not exhausted or almost forced to do a work out. Thank you for listening to my mini rant, but PLEASE listen to this podcast, I listen to it every morning when i wake up and i love it! And remember, you’re perfect <3
