Season 2 is a no for me-season 1: Interesting
**Season two is too political for me. It’s a nope. Unnecessary and icky. ***Season one: Worth the listen. The host does come across genuine and that kept my attention. As for those low ratings, people are getting too worked up. I didn’t feel the podcast attacked anyone and represented the questionable events with respect. In fact, I haven’t listened to any “controversial” podcast that was handled MORE respectfully than this one. I enjoyed the quest for truth and don’t have to agree with closing statements that religion is unnecessary in order to still enjoy the work put into it. Thank you!

I remember when this was unfolding in the mid 90’s. Now I am more excited to listen than for any podcast I’ve followed in a very long time.

Can’t wait for the next episode!! A detailed and judgement-free investigation into the world of evangelical faith in the US. Listening to this woman’s experiences are helping me to understand my own, and uncovering memories long since buried. Very well done.
