A great resource for heavier games
OK, so it’s a little USA-centric, and production is good (the earliest episodes were just so-so production-wise, but they have got better). The discussions are a great way to hear about heavier, meatier games, interviews with designers, and some perspective on a wide variety of games. Their opinion might differ from mine, but I appreciate the divergent view as it gives me more information about a game, allows me to expand the way I approach a game and more importantly gives me some insight into how a particular game might fit within my collection. If you are at all interested in medium-heavy Euros, war games or 18XX, this is the “must listen” podcast for you.
