The dawn of striking
Only until very recently I've become aware of the depth and nuances of the striking aspect of martial arts. I used to think striking was random and boring, but articles and videos of guys like Lawrence Kenshin and Jack Slack have opened my eyes. And Heavy Hands has also been a big part of this awakening. Connor and Pat breakdown things really well, and are fun to listen to.
