“I’ve never written a podcast review but had to break the seal to promote and support these two. Been a fan of the other pod since 2015 and though I could speculate, it’s now clear where the bulk of the charm of it came from. So glad these two are landing on their feet. And I love how it’s more than a football podcast. The thing that set the other pod apart from all the other football shows was that it felt like you were sitting at a bar having a beer and talking football (or football adjacent things). For someone who doesn’t have a lot of football friends, this has been a formative and at times cathartic football listen for me. I’m so glad this show carries that torch on. I’d like to buy the heroes a round in thanks and celebration on this new chapter at that proverbial bar. Cheers!”
