“Molly Lambert’s song-song reading style betrays contempt for her audience. She sounds annoyed that she has to talk to us, or that she’s bored with the material and is impatient to move on with her next project. Listening to someone who sounds so world-weary is not enjoyable. She makes the audience feel like we’re being merely tolerated, not invited into this world she has so painstakingly researched. Lambert should get some coaching on her speech & delivery.”
