“I get giddy every time the theme song starts up. As another misfit thrust into existence I find this podcast relatable and enthralling. As it is a microcosm of mankind search for meaning and understandings through Shane Mauss’s conversations with intellectuals and interesting people dissecting what makes us, us. The conversations do what all good conversations should do, and help us define ourselves in relation to others and the enhance our understanding of what we are based on the ancient process of observation and communication. Highly enjoyed every episode I listened to. Just finished episode 30 which was by far my favorite, encompassing large perspectives and topics that help modern man understand the past and help project ourselves into the future.
