“Let me set the table: I had a favorite nerd/movie/comic book podcast that sated my weekly hunger for geek news. Then, strengthening my theory that God hates me, the podcast ended without warning. I was left alone, nay, adrift with no direction. What to do? Where to turn? After intense panic and eating my feelings I knew I had to get it together. Then it hit me: I’ll search for other podcasts! And search I did. After a few false starts I found a treasure in the dung heap that is the Internet: Hero Movie Podcast
This is a humdinger of a podcast! (see what I did there?) It’s so good! Like picnicing in a rowboat on a majestic lake with Sylvester Stallone good!
Adam plays host/producer of the show. Bruce’s big brain is an encyclopedia of comic book knowledge that adds a certain gravitas other podcasts only dream of having. Then there’s the insurance guy, Sean Kovacs. He replaced a guy that worked in film in some form who was coincidentally named Sean too. The first Sean was super funny.
Anyway, if you like comic book movie news and commentary, you will not find a better podcast than Hero Movie Podcast. It’s informative, funny, and an essential part of my podcast lineup.
Take it from me, Dave Fakeloni, because after I found the podcast I went back and listened to EVERY SINGLE ONE. Do yourself a favor, floss. And while you’re flossing, listen to Hero Movie Podcast! 17 stars!”
