“I find it hard to put into words how the story of David impacted my relationship with the Bible. It gave life to the words and brought into focus other aspects that I had never thought about. From the screams of women in labor to the sounds of horses running to the clanging of swords and screams of men in battle, the sighs, the wind, hearing Davis singing Psalms. I could go on and on. I have listened to this series countless times. When I can’t sleep I put in my air buds and play it until I fall asleep. This is just astounding. I have shared it with so many people.
