“Usually great podcast with a couple of slightly odd moments on this weeks episode with Dulce Sloan. A couple of times the guest made reference to ‘white mans internet’. Not quite sure if this was referenced as a joke or some kind of bigotry/slur? If it was a joke it regrettably passed me by and I usually have an eclectic sense of humour. Also odd that this went unchallenged by the host and even laughed at. Should the phrase ‘black mans whatever’ have been used by a non person of colour would the comment have flown the same way? Very odd that these days the way for certain ‘woke celebrities’ for want of a better phrase, think the way to ingratiate themselves with people of colour is to make derogatory comments about a different racial group. Very strange times 😳🤷🏼♂️”
