“This is not your average husband and wife podcast. Dr.John Matthias is a Forensic Psychologist. His wife, Lauren Matthias, is a journalist. I LOVE how Dr. Matthias breaks down the psychological factors of criminals & what possibly plays a role in the unspeakable crimes they commit. I work in the Applied Behavior Analysis field, but not with criminals. I’m a psych junkie AND a crime junkie. This podcast covers everything; I love how they break everything down. I feel like this podcast wouldn’t work without both of them. They are a team and it shows. I enjoy listening to John’s experiences with former patients. Lauren is not your typical journalist. You can tell she is passionate about getting to the bottom of what happened to Tylee and J.J. I’m an avid True Crime podcast listener. This is, hands-down, the best podcast I’ve listened to in years.”
