Please a different ad reader!
The show’s OK. I really want to keep listening. But the ad reader woman has such an affected way of reading, it’s hard to stay with it. She seems to be used more and more on all NPR shows to read ads. She does this strange reading of all ad copy with emphasis on words in ways no one else does. Just irritating.
