This podcast has no interesting insights. Its pop approach to psychology is simultaneously boring and dangerous. Boring because their conclusions are obvious and dangerous because they distract from real mental health issues. The producers of this show should know better and work for a different project. This show is a mouth piece for pop psychology and has no place among serious science reporting.
