Here Vickie and Dawson discuss:
Vickie’s background
Listening to what the body wants to say
Trauma trapped in the body
When traumatized the body loses room inside for oneself
How to know when the body softens and lets go
When we were babies people held us and made soothing sounds
In previous generations people talked to their bodies and the earth
Ask: What do you need heart, belly, organs?
The body is 70% water, but in trauma liquid becomes stiff
The more fluid we are, the healthier our bodies become
Our body loves the sound of our voice
Humming a tune all through your body
Breaking up crystallization
