“Jack Fritz, also known as Jackie hot takes, or a pure TakesSmith, talks about the sport he claims to know most. His football takes are always “correct” according to himself yet he has no football experience so hearing him talk about a sport that he played in college (allegedly) is a breath of fresh air. For someone that saw little to no time on the actual field and spend the majority of it with a pen and the book in front of him, Jack offers a slightly different perspective on this Phillies team. His takes are clean, they are Hot, and for the most part they are correct as well. I sometimes find myself arguing takes about this Phillies team that I didn’t not think of on my own, but that Jack Fritz thought of himself. Is Jack Fritz my father? Is he the knower of all? Will Seranthony be the closer? These are things I ask myself every day and to some, have found the answer to because of the High Hopes Podcast”
