Description
In today’s episode I chat to Leata-Mae d’Avoine, an expansive, full spectrum doula and well-being facilitator. Leata-Mae’s work is rooted in decolonising rest and the art of slowing down and her mission is to centre embodied rest as a pathway to uplifting, collective healing and liberation.
We had a fascinating chat about how rest is an act of resistance and rebellion, and how to support yourself to incorporate it into your everyday life with intention and devotion.
