Lana Madwar was born on March 8, 1986, in Jezzine, Southern Lebanon. She attended secondary school at Jezzine Official Secondary School, specializing in economics and sociology, and graduated with honors. She pursued her higher education at the Faculty of Media in Beirut, Al-Fanar. Her media career began with "Sawt Al Ghad" radio as an editor and news presenter. She then worked with "Sawt Al Mada" radio, hosting the famous daily program "Sabah Al Mada". She also worked as a correspondent for "Sawt Al Ghad" radio in 2006, a correspondent for the Iranian "Press TV" for 6 months, and a correspondent for "Palestine TV".
In 2008, she underwent a training course at Al Jazeera channel and ranked first, which opened many doors for her.
She also owns a blog on the internet called "Khutwa Lana," where she documents her travels.
She is characterized by the richness of her voice, distinguished appearance, eloquence, and cheerful personality. At the same time, she is known for her seriousness and commitment, which has enabled her to establish her name among the most famous female media personalities in the Arab world.
