More than 20 minutes into the podcast, the hosts were STILL chatting among themselves about all kinds of personally relevant, publicly uninteresting issues that had nothing whatsoever to do with the topic.
If you’re going to purport to do a topical podcast, maybe spend the time to focus on the actual topic.
If you’re going to do a podcast that involves nothing but friends BSing about their own personal experiences and issues, perhaps market it, truthfully, as being such.
It is so disingenuous to pull listeners in with a seemingly interesting topic, only to present them with so much uninteresting, irrelevant nonsense.”
