Great podcast on a fascinating topic
I have recently discovered this after listening to Jamie Jeffers British History Podcast and Jamie Redferns History of Hannibal. Like them it takes a relaxed, epic storytelling approach to the period it covers. It is well researched, humorous and gripping. The only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is that the audio level is a little on the quiet side, so it is hard to listen to on a busy train. That is a minor, even ungracious, gripe on an otherwise excellent podcast.

Really enjoying Sharyn's podcast. Her delivery is excellent. Good humour and her extended knowledge of the subject is great. Really enjoy the website as well which gives good maps to look at. Can't wait for the next episode. Keep up the good work Sharyn!Read full review »
