“I was brought here by the excellent YouTube channel of the very same name “History Time” and I’m glad I stayed. We often assume that the time after the fall of the Roman Empire and the conquest of 1066 that the British Isles were isolated and living in the aftermath of some singular conquest by invading Germanic tribes. History time does a great job of covering one of the most fantastic periods in British and consequently Scandinavian history. I look forward to the content in the works and would especially like to see more works on Ireland, Scotland, and the Islamic World and its many Turkic rulers from the Ghaznivids to the Mughals.”
