One of the best!
In today’s world we are fortunate to be able to take a detour from current events to the Hit Parade. The rise and fall of popular (not necessarily pop) music and the workings of the music industry are endlessly riveting. Chris had me at “Red Red Wine,” which was the closing song of the weekly dance party at my college alternative bar in the 80s. I love the music clips, the ending live cuts and the articulation of things you inherently know but haven’t thought about. Yes, I scorned Bonjovi in the day, but now I can factually blame him for knocking my beloved British alternative pop off the charts. I find myself wanting to listen to certain episodes again. The only downside is waiting a month for the next episode!

This brings those memories back with fantastically detailed...Read full review »
