Niall Breslin, also known as Bressie, came into studio this week for a chat about everything from his decision to quit rugby for music to meeting Oasis and Will.I.Am. He even revealed why he'd never go back on The Voice. He also opened up about his own struggles with anxiety and explained why mindfulness is so important to him. Niall has released a new podcast called the Madman's Hotel which explores Ireland's history with mental health care, particularly focusing on St. Loman's in his home town of Mullingar. He spoke about the project and the impact this institution still has on the families who's loved ones were patients there.
