“loved this podcast. Just recently had to stop doing gundog work with my dog and started competition obedience and have exactly the problem you mention. Obedience trainers use a lot of food and my dog is also used to food rewards in gundog work - so trained him to look at me while walking / waiting at heel (to stop running in) and have the problem of losing the mark!! Looking forwards to your solutions.”
