Active Juror (who reads the terms and conditions)
I enjoy listening to this podcast with the relation between social topics to court laws. I learned interesting facts and different random laws, from this podcast. Which heightened my interest in politics & law. The only con is the cohost seems to agree with Eboni ALOT (every topic every episode). You don’t really get to hear the opposing side of each case just their POV, which is understandable since it’s Eboni show. It would be refreshing to hear an opposing side on the topics, similar to how you have a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Certain episodes they can contradict themselves. I.E on the T.I & Tiny issue they talk about how T.I and Shekanh should refrain from making personal statements on social media and let the courts handle the matter. Then on the NFL episode speak on expecting Russel Wilson & Ciara to release a statement, because Russel Wilson is on the Seahawks team. Now I agree I was looking for a statement too but realistically that would make matters messy for Russel. I believe he would suffer more than the actual NFL bench riding abuser.

Absolutely love the dynamic between the hosts! I appreciate what Eboni does by analyzing popular culture through a legal lens, but I’d LOVE to hear more of Dustin’s perspective on things. Maybe his own little segment on the show.
