Selling Yourself - Episode 65

Description
This week Robbie and Jordan talk about the tensions and contradictions of working for yourself as an ADHD-er. Aspects of ADHD make for good leaders, founders and CEOs, but ADHD people can often be crippled by rejection-sensitive dysphoria, an inability to deal well with critical feedback, and a lack of organization which can make the ins and outs of running a business difficult. Other people believe in us, so why is it so hard to believe in ourselves? More info on the YMCA Self-Employment Program Robbie recently completed can be found on their website.
