Great theology bibley stuff
The other HBC podcasts are great stuff, but they are often talk more about interesting ideas and theology than where biblical theology comes from: hermeneutics. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to these guys talk candidly, deeply, thoughtfully, and intelligently about interpretation and explication of the bible. I have learned a lot and enjoyed the process. Even if you don't preach from the lectionary, the thoughts and process involved in this podcast are a great resource.

This is a great podcast. I enjoy the concise (well, fairly concise) critical but sympathetic analyses of Lectionary texts. The only thing I'd offer is that not all listeners are prepcrastinating pastors. I'm just a lay listener who likes to dig a little deeper. Anyhow, keep up the good work!

I love this podcast. A deeply beautiful podcast that illuminates, comforts, challenges, and invites everyone to live into the story of God.

I miss Dr. Daniel Kirk. The quality of this podcast has really dropped in his absence. It’s inconsistent, scatterbrained and lacking and intrigue.
