I couldn’t put it down!
This story is jaw-dropping! Once I got started, I binged the whole thing in a week, which is unheard of for me. I appreciate the way the story is real and down to earth, showing so many parts of the human experience, and done so with as much respect and care as possible with such a story. It’s tender work, and I think the author navigates it well. The way Lux tells the story paints a vivid picture, and I can’t wait for season 2! (I was so pumped to find out there was a second season.)

The narrator is reading like this is slam poetry, it’s really hard to follow. I’m half way through episode 1 and I lost track of what’s going on because I’m distracted.

What should have been an interesting story is completely unlistenable. I couldn’t put myself through the punishment of hours listening to the narrator and simply googled the story. Save yourself the time.
