I’m noticing a “pattrin” of mispronunciations…
The content of the podcast is interesting, which keeps me coming back. However, the misuse of certain words, grammar mistakes, and mispronunciations of common words make this podcast difficult to listen to at times. I just finished the episode on “Serial Killers Who Were Never Caught” and she pronounces “pattern” as “pat-rin” 3 different times. Like…what??

The content is interesting. I can get past most grammar problems and an occasional mispronunciation can be overlooked but it’s so frequent that it’s a huge distraction. There’s a lot to like about this podcast but some things are a bit grating. There are occasional factual mistakes, poor grammar, and I just can’t shake the thought that the voice sounds so robotic. Not sure about this one.
