Disappointing
Heard this being promoted on Broken Harts which I’m riveted by so perhaps my expectations were unreasonably high. On the positive side, the production values are excellent. But, it terms of content, it’s a let-down due to the style of writing and delivery which are condescending and assume no intelligence or capacity to draw conclusions on the part of the audience. The two narrators have no relationship or connection to each other other than that their voices are heard consecutively. Also, Ep 1., ‘Protestants are ‘Christians’ but Catholics are... what exactly? A religion from outside the Judeo-Christian tradition? This remarkably cringe-worthy gaffe delivered with the finesse of a rampaging ignoramous in the first 15 minutes sets the tone for the rest of the series.

I was so excited about this podcast but it’s appalling. The presenters are wooden and have awful intonation. Rubbish.
