Out of college he was a general contractor for 10 years then worked for a prop tech company that focused on rent collection. With all this knowledge, he started his own company that integrates contractors and property management. Jonathan went from 0 properties to 28 in just 3 short years. He started out in a similar situation as Alan, he just didn't want to pay rent anymore so he bought a property and house hacked to cover his mortgage payment. Jonathan has done live-in flips, midterm rentals, buy and holds and he's only getting started.
