People need to listen to this.
As a woman who was diagnosed with Bipolar 5 years ago, I sobbed throughout this podcast....so much of what was said and discussed resonated with my experience with this illness. Thank you so much Claudia and Tanya for creating this podcast.....I honestly think it will save lives and raise much needed awareness of this terrible mental health condition. My heart goes out to Lara.....I think you are amazing.

This was great. I listen to Esther Perels ‘where should i begin”. And love it. Hope you do some more on parent relationships. Especially having older parents and being stuck in the middle. Children and parents to worry about ! Good luck
