In this special episode, we celebrate International Women’s Day by looking back at key moments within series 1 of ‘How Did You Get That Job?’. We pick out talk around gender imbalance within tech teams and challenges like imposter syndrome which have played as a key disabler in career progression.  In 2022 the theme for IWD is ‘Break the Bias’ and to discuss this in more depth we are joined by Caroline Wilson, the Director of Workday Practice at Hays Technology.
