Dangerous ‘not-advice’ advice
First episode I listened to was on debt recycling. I cringed my way through it, despite the usual frequent caveats. Understood it can get you ahead in the long run, but gearing into equities with the family home on the line could possibly be the most painful, and sleep deprived, route available.
