“Incredibly interesting interviews, with admirably honest & humble experiences transparently shared by successful entrepreneurs as they started & grew their small business, including its growing pains, and eventual rewards, from which young budding entrepreneurs could learn from.
The impressively articulate & calm host is very pleasant to listen to. She is very insightful with her important & pertinent questions during the diverse interviews. I particularly enjoy hearing her emphasis on the “take away” lessons after each interview.
The “lessons learned” are really basic personal qualities we are reminded of, that are very important in our lifetime journey, and taken into consideration & applied as one starts, grows & maintains a small business, as mentioned by the different entrepreneurs interviewed by the host.
These include a great enthusiasm & vision of a dream mission & purpose in Life, with excellent time & money management, perseverance, endurance, flexibility, hopefulness, patience, hard work, dedication, continuous learning on the job, humility, genuine kindness, lovingly caring & faithful friendship, excellent social skills on all levels, as the successful entrepreneur continues to preserve one’s personal happiness & peace.
I have learned so much myself, just listening to the podcast interviews of successful entrepreneurs, with the precious “take away” lessons emphasized by the host, Anne McGinty, after each very interesting interview.
