“I get that it won’t be for everyone, but everyone saying that the plot is slow kinda missed that that is the entire point. That is because the show isn’t ABOUT the plot. In my view, the plot here is just something that happens. The show shines in the characters. How they interact, the way they live through it all. It tells a realistic story about people just living their lives, while a story happens alongside all that. Don’t go into this podcast for the story. Go into it for the characters, the friendships. That’s what it’s about.”
