When Hayley’s big brother called to congratulate her on the safe arrival of her baby boy, she had to hand the phone off to her mum. Her head was in a bucket and she was having an allergic reaction to the pain relief her doctor had given for her c-section.
A week later she was home from hospital, and the phone rang again. She knew before the words even came out. Her brother was dead.
That was almost 13 years ago, but in her first ever podcast interview, Adelaide media personality, Hayley Pearson opens up about the most painful time in her life, and how it’s shaped who she is today.
There are tears but also laughs in this beautiful and heartwarming chat, you’re going to be so moved!
