“This is my opinion. It may differ from others. I found this podcast unhelpful. Experiences of many hours training in mental well being with explanations of it being difficult, painful, “it’s a skill”, without explaining the benefits. If I’m to undertake such a journey, I don’t mind it being difficult providing there’s a trade off. What’s the benefit? In other words, if I was to make room in my busy schedule to take on some of these practices, I felt this podcast did a poor job of explaining why I should do that and what benefit I would get from it. I would avoid if you’re interested in this topic.”
