“First impressions are pretty big in the podcast world. The title is rent vs buying meaning there should be some sort of comparison. I was a little skeptical of it only being 15 minutes. Listened to the whole thing and the only disadvantage he said about renting is that it is a “WASTE”. Then he goes on to tell stories. Based off this podcast, I will not listen to another. Why is renting a waste was the reason I explored this podcast. I would not buy a home with you or take your advice. This was bad.”
