I am 18 and I am getting very serious about buying a home as soon as possible. This podcast is boosting my knowledge and I am not going in blind at all. I reached out to David Sidoni himself and he is even helping me, one on one, write out a playbook tailored to my personal situation. He really has a great mission and is passionate about helping tons of individuals people. I would 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this podcast to EVERYBODY! If you know anyone who is renting, send this to them. If you have kids that are in their later teens or early 20s make them listen to this because it is pure gold.”
