“I’ve been binging these podcasts for awhile now at work and they have really motivated me and made me realize that the ability to buy my first home isn’t years off like i had thought. After listening for awhile, I got into contact with David and he set me up with a great realtor way out her in Wisconsin, who then in turn hooked me up with a great lender. Everything is lining up now for me to purchase a home this coming August. Every one of these podcasts has great info packed into it and David is able to make it interesting and energy packed. If you’re even just thinking about buying a home in the future I’d recommend this podcast and who knows, maybe in less than a year you’ll be making the jump into home ownership like me. If not you’ll still be entertained and learn something new.”
