Great tips
As someone who suffers from performance anxiety whenever I have to present at work I’ve found this podcast really helpful. Hearing amazing female speakers talk about their experiences with public speaking has normalised my nerves and given me some great tips on how to handle them. I would love this podcast to feature some neurodiverse women however. Hearing from an accomplished autistic woman speaking about how she overcame social anxiety and leant into her quirkiness would be fantastic. Or perhaps feature a well known woman with ADHD who who used her energy and super focus to give the best presentation. This would be super interesting and probably help everyone, regardless.

Really enjoyed the Trinny episode - have become a bit obsessed with her Instagram. However when she refers to C3/C4 this is the top vertebrae in her neck, nothing to do with the immune system.

I am currently binge listening to this wonderfully educating podcast. Viv is compassionate, intelligent and funny as hell and the guests are so interesting and diverse. A true joy to listen to! Keep the episodes coming!
