Being truly super hungry, anyone would eat something that is less tasty to them, but when having just cravings and urges, the often only desire is sweet & fatty cravings.
➡️ Visualize Separation: Binge eating isn't you; it's a habit. So treat it separately. You have a choice – follow urges or endure discomfort, or give in, which releases the discomfort but will make you feel guilty afterward and not closer to your weight loss goals.
