A show that I needed
I’m not sure how I found this show, but I’m so glad I did. I started with the episode about writing when “life sucks,” because that was my reality. I had a book deadline while grieving for my husband. Listening to the hosts share their own journeys of grief and sadness, while still honouring their work and ongoing writing and editing projects with very real deadlines that they still tried to meet, gave me hope and energy that I could do that too. I’m now working my way through the rest of the episodes. This is a great show with practical tips to help writers, but I would say most importantly to remind us we are not alone. Generous writers give me so much hope, for writing but also just for life. Thank you.
