“I stumbled upon Chew the Right Thing a couple of week’s ago, so I’ve only listened to a few podcasts. But the ones I did listen to were very informative, with a bit of humor thrown in here and there. I like how new products are mentioned (Clio bars come to mind) and they give their honest opinion of the product. I do wish Lisa and the crew would tell us how many Weight Watcher points they are, though. She may do this at times, but didn’t mention WW on the podcasts I listened to. The “Swaps” episode I listened to gave all sorts of “do’s and don’ts” when trying to find food substitutes that are lower calorie. I believe Chew the Right Thing is well worth the time if you are serious about weight loss or just eating better.”
