“I’m currently 35 week pregnant with baby number four, my first girl! I just wanted to say thank you and how grateful I am for your podcasts. I seem to have unconsciously gravitated into hypnobirthing these last few weeks, I’ve previously felt as though I’ve no idea how to actually give birth and understand how to work with my body. Dare I say I could actually have a pleasant birth!! I feel so much more confident and relaxed about giving birth this time and maybe even looking forward to it! I love even just listening to your voice it’s so reassuring, I’ve learned so much about my body and birth it’s ridiculous to think this is my fourth pregnancy, I guess that just goes to show the society we live in! Anyway.. a massive thank you please keep going ☺️👍”
