Thank you
Hi Jonny, Thank you so much for starting this podcast. I have only recently connected with this material within the past year or so and the recognition of who I truly am has transformed my life. At that time I was feeling very vulnerable and had a sense that life happened to me, so thank you for sharing your own experiences with that detached and limited outlook. I have since bumped up against my ego from time to time, which has been challenging so having access to a podcast like this can help me to reset and reconnect with that truth. This subject matter can appear quite complex and also a bit far fetched however, your personable and thoughtful style makes it feel accessible and your profile adds a form of credibility that can help raise awareness of non-duality teachings. I firmly believe that the world will be a better place as a result of more people understanding and embracing this outlook so it’s brilliant that you have taken the step to create this podcast. I love the variety of guests you have had so far, all offering a slightly different perspective and I’m excited to see how this can be applied to sport (a passion of mine) and creativity (my profession). Take care, Richard

I came across the ‘I AM’ podcast by chance after hearing Fearne Cotton interviewed on the radio yesterday talking about her podcast...Read full review »

Highly recommend. Delves deep into the mind and psychology of performance, but deals with issues that aren’t often spoken about.
