“I’m sure it really helps people, especially based on the other reviews, but not for me. It’s a good podcast, a good idea, but it doesn’t help me sleep at all. I just listened to a lot of them, and I don’t feel anymore tired than when I first started. As I said, it probably helps most, but it’s not right for me.”
