“I’ll admit I didn’t think this would work at all. Even after reading some reviews that promised good results, I was very skeptical about it’s ability to actually put me to sleep. Regardless, I went ahead and started listening to the podcast after many other attempts to fall asleep, including using other podcasts and meditations. I listened to one episode, and I don’t remember anything else that happened. I was fast asleep. It worked like a charm, and I’m very impressed with how much it helped me. Overall, you should give this podcast a try, even if you don’t think it will work for you.”
