““I Survived” is/was one of my fave docuseries. However, this podcast version doesn’t do the original series justice. First, the narrator is unnecessary and she is unable to modulate her voice to match the subject matter of the episodes. Secondly, why does this podcast only focus on stories about women? The original series was good because it focused on people from all walks of life. This show shouldn’t be about gender, but rather people in general surviving extraordinary circumstances.
Please revise before you ruin the original’s namesake.”

“These are retellings of episodes from the TV shows. I’ve been wanting new content for years so I’m disappointed. Also they said they’re only doing stories from women. Why exclude men from this???”
